I wanted to share with you some photos of a little pin cushion I knitted out of leftover yarn. The idea is taken from the book ' Håndarbeid for hagen '.
Basically you knit little strips, sew them up on one side, roll them up and makes motifs with the little cylinders....
Here with my other pincushion, petit points on linen with a tatted edge.
My other project for this Easter has been to finally finish the sweater that has been in my ' UFO' list for ....years. Somehow I only knit in the winter, and then I always prioritise my cross stitch projects... so this poor, half finished sweater has been a bit neglected.
I finished the knitting, and since it is a Norwegian style sweater knitted on round needles I will need to hem, cut, and stitch it together.
I don't know if I ever showed photos of my tote-bag, turned knitting bag when the colors faded after several years use. I stitched two little roses, and my initials...
