I know we moved a year ago and my hobby room/studio should be finished by now ... but we had other projects to prioritize, so most of my work is still done on the kitchen table....
Today, I did take the time to move things around a bit and am pleased with the results. I'm still hesitating between getting beautiful, or practical storage shelves to fill the wall ( the one that is not visible ). I am really looking forward to having the room functional as the kitchen table is rather limited, and the children and pets ( aka. the three cats + dog ) do distract me a lot.
I installed a plug as there was no electricity, and need to get a heater before the winter, finish a wall, install a proper door, better lighting, lists around the roof, paint the roof, decide on the storage shelves... and then I will be satisfied.
Oh, dear ! That is quite a list after all, and I did not mention training the dog to stay off my armchairs, and the children from using the place as a lego playroom.
